Serious Screening
We’re screening tenants in compliance with all California laws, and we’re identifying high quality residents by establishing qualifying rental criteria that’s consistent, rigorous, and detailed. We have documented standards for what acceptable income is, what kind of credit is required, and what we do and do not want to see in a rental history.
Sharing Expectations
The residents we place in your San Ramon rental property show up ready to perform. Before they move in, we discuss the expectations we have for the tenancy and leave no doubt about the responsibilities of tenants when they live in your property.
