Did you know that you can now pay your rent online? It’s fast, easy, and secure, so why wait? Below, you’ll find some information on how to get started and a few reasons why so many others have already made the switch!

Account Setup

1. Contact us and let us know you’re interested in paying your rent online.
2. Give us your current email address so we can send you an invitation email.
3. When you get the invitation email (it will come from donotreply@appfolio.com), click on the link in the email to set up your account.
4. Create a secure password and activate your account.
That’s it! Now you can log in anytime, from anywhere and make payments, schedule payments, view your payment history, and more!

Overview

Windsor Pacific Property Management was created to service the needs of small real estate investors in the Contra Costa Area. We are a full service company which has been in existence since 1987, aiding investors and absentee owners in maximizing their real estate rentals’ profit potential.

We currently offer our property management services in San Ramon, Danville, Blackhawk, Dublin, Pleasanton, Castro Valley, Livermore, Alamo, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, Martinez and Concord.
We specialize in the management of single family homes, town homes and condominiums. Many of our clients use us when they are transferred overseas for a few years and need a resident to inhabit their primary residence for a source of cash flow for that length of time. Other clients are real estate investors who typically have one to five residential properties which they would like us to manage for them.

How it works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.

Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
